Who I Work With
I only work with individuals who are 18 years of age or older, no minors.
What My Role Covers
My involvement is limited to digital and administrative support, I do not assist with or support any activity that violates applicable laws. It is your responsibility to ensure your business operates legally within your jurisdiction.
Payment Terms
Services are prepaid. Once your service period has started, fees are not refundable. All pricing is set in USD. Any processing fees, currency conversion charges, or platform deductions are the provider’s responsibility. I must receive the full agreed amount. I do not offer commission-based, results-based, or sliding payment models.
Independent Status
I operate independently and am not your employee, partner, legal agent, or representative. Our arrangement is a professional service agreement only.
Outcomes & External Factors
I do not promise specific results such as bookings, revenue increases, audience growth, or platform performance. Outcomes depend on multiple variables beyond my control. I am not responsible for actions taken by clients, third-party platforms, payment processors, or any external system.
Commitment
A minimum one-month commitment applies to all ongoing plans. Your start date is confirmed only once payment has been completed and scheduling has been agreed upon. Availability is limited and not held without payment. Plans run continuously and cannot be broken into separate portions once active.
Screening Limitations
Client screening is handled carefully and consistently. Information is reviewed and red flags are considered seriously.
No screening can provide absolute guarantees, particularly when dealing with individuals who have no prior record.
Provider Cooperation
For services to run smoothly, you must provide clear instructions. Delays in communication, missing materials, last-minute changes, or inconsistent direction may impact outcomes. I am not responsible for reduced performance or disruptions caused by incomplete information, delayed responses, or sudden changes in preference.
